EP Carrillo La Historia is about the Story or History, in our case that of the family Perez-Carrillo and specifically the women that have been the inspiration to the Master himself. The EP Carrillo Short Run Retro 2022 is a maduro cigar. The company told Cigar Aficionado the blend features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, an Ecuadorian binder, and a combination of Nicaraguan, Mexican, and Honduran fillers. It is the first time that that Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. has worked with Honduran tobacco since his days when he still was at General Cigar.

The Cuba Aliados by Ernesto-Perez Carrillo was crafted to pay tribute to this popular cigar that was originally created by the late Rolando Reyes Sr, the founder of Puros Indios. The reengineered blend consists of a reddish Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed wrapper draped over a Nicaraguan binder and filler leaves from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
